——The Party Branch of Dahua (Beijing) Tax Agent Firm Holds the “Large Firms Supporting Small Firms” Pairing & Co-Construction Activity
To fully implement the deployment of China Certified Tax Agents Association (CCTAA) on the pairing support initiative of “Large Firms Supporting Small Firms”, give play to the exemplary, guiding and radiating roles of leading firms in the industry, and promote resource sharing, complementary advantages and overall quality improvement of the sector, the Party Branch of Dahua (Beijing) Tax Agent Firm invited representatives from multiple small and medium-sized tax agent firms to a joint study and co-construction activity on the afternoon of 2 September. Representatives from nine tax agent firms, including Zhongqin Wanxin Tax Agent Firm, Beijing Zhonghengming Tax Agent Firm and Beijing Huahui Century Tax Agent Firm, attended the event.
The activity opened with a special study session. Participants collectively studied Volumes I and II of Xi Jinping’s Selected Works on Party Building, gained a deep understanding of the core essence of The Fourteen Upholds, and discussed the spirit of the series of press conferences held by the State Council Information Office on the launch of the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
In his opening remarks, Wu Liguang, Chairman of Dahua (Beijing) Tax Agent Firm, briefly introduced the firm’s development, business scope, talent training and digital development progress. He elaborated on the firm’s working ideas and achievements in carrying out the “Large Firms Supporting Small Firms” pairing and co-construction programme. He noted that Dahua Tax Agent Firm would give full play to its advantages in resources and experience, deliver solid pairing support and joint co-construction work, and pursue coordinated development together with peer firms.
Liu Hongwu, Secretary of the Party Branch of Dahua (Beijing) Tax Agent Firm, shared the branch’s practical experience and outcomes in boosting business development through Party building and building shared platforms. Representatives from participating firms held frank exchanges on development bottlenecks and practical challenges in light of their business operations, layout and team building. They noted that small and medium-sized tax agent firms are faced with constraints in developing high-end services, recruiting professional talent, advancing digital transformation and application, and strengthening risk compliance control. It is therefore essential to leverage the industry’s pairing support mechanism of “Large Firms Supporting Small Firms” to learn advanced practices, share high-quality resources, jointly cultivate high-calibre professionals, build a sound compliance system for professional practice, and break through development bottlenecks.
All participants agreed to continue to consolidate their theoretical foundation with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, take Party building as the guide, observe the bottom line of compliant practice and integrity-based operation, actively adapt to the digital and intelligent transformation of the industry, strengthen regular communication, mutual learning and peer review, further improve the pairing collaboration mechanism, continuously optimise the industry ecosystem, jointly address development weaknesses, provide targeted and efficient services for all types of market entities, and strive to reach new milestones in advancing the high-quality development of Beijing’s tax agent industry.
